Q.     WHAT IS A CERTIFIED TRANSLATION IN UKRAINE?

     Plain certification of translation in Ukraine is an affidavit of translation accuracy stated by professional qualified translator accompanied by a corporate seal of the translation agency.

It is attached to any translation performed by the translation bureau at no additional cost,

Scanned photocopies are accepted for plain certified translation.

If the document has to be submitted to an offical public instance in Ukraine you will be required to notarize your certified translation. A Notarized certified translation is called a full certified translation.


Q.    NOTARIZATION OF CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS?

Notarial certification of translation is a confirmation/certification of the signature of the sworn translator.

Translation shall be certified by the notary ONLY UPON PRESENTATION OF THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT OR ITS ORIGINAL NOTARIZED COPY.
