Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") list the terms of the agreement between Ukraine translation and you ("Customer")
for the purchase of certified documents translations ("Products").
By using our site and services you agree to accept this Agreement.
Ukraine translation will be using the email address supplied by you in the submit form to send you confirmation and details of your order.
It is your responsibility to contact Ukraine translation within 3 working days of submitting the form if you have had no response by that time,
adjust your anti-spam software for allowing e-mail reception from info@ukraine-translation.com.
We will use all reasonable efforts to keep our site available at all times, subject to necessary downtime for maintenance and system outages. We cannot promise that our site will be error-free.
Return and Refund policy

2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized retailer
of goods provided by Ukraine translation.

The translation prices are quoted in USD values and include our credit card transaction charges,
website maintenance, customer service, the documents translation itself.
Deliveries by post mail are charged additionally.
At the CHECKOUT you will be required to give your billing and shipping details and confirm your order.
Your shipping details and order are sent to Ukraine translation for processing and you will receive an email
confirming your order. The purchase is protected by the Safe Shopping Guarantee (see below).
Ukraine translation does not have access to your credit card details at any time but can confirm
your banking transaction, if you have any queries regarding your order please contact: info@ukraine-translation.com.
Retrieval services offered by Ukraine translation by no means apply to 2Checkout.com retailer
and are processed via company bank account using wire transfer.
Returns
A return occurs when you return Products previously purchased through 2CO ("Return") from Ukraine translation.
* 10-Day Return Period - We accept returns from the original purchase on our Products for the following reasons:
Non-delivery of product: due to circumstances the Product isn't delivered to you;
Product not-as-described: a request based on this reason is satisfied on a case by case basis.
To prevent this situation every customer is suggested to check the Production Order of the product offered
before making the purchase.
Product contains errors: you will receive a full refund based on the mutual agreement.
A request based on this reason is satisfied on a case by case basis.
You should notify us 10 days of the date the translation was delivered (or not delivered) to you,
we will either work on the translation until you are completely satisfied or issue refund for return.
In your claim, please, include explanation of reasons for a refund, and your order information.
* Refund Method - Refund will be in the same form as original purchase.
Exceptions: Cash, debit or check purchases over $250 will be refunded in the form of a check by mail
within ten (10) business days.
* Shipping charges on all returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Ukraine translation will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee"
or any other charge (including shipping charges) for any Return that occurs in accordance
with Ukraine translation Return Policy.
Refunds
A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer("Refund"). Ukraine translation accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card
issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer."
2Checkout.com Safe Shopping Guarantee
1. The 2Checkout.com Shopping Guarantee protects you when you buy from 2Checkout.com, so that you never have to worry about credit card safety. Period.
2. If you are not satisfied with the product or service provided by a 2Checkout.com partner, contact us immediately. We will intercede and work to resolve the dispute to the satisfaction of all parties. If the matter cannot be resolve we will issue credits as necessary.
3. 2Checkout.com assumes responsibility for its selling partners if they fail to provide the goods or service paid for and become unreachable or unresponsive, the buyers funds will be returned and it will be 2Checkout.com's responsibility to pursue the matter with your assistance.
4. You will never pay charges made to your card through unauthorized parties, contact us if there are charges on your bill you do not recognize.
5. To protect you from catastrophic losses, under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges that are not the result of negligence or fraud on your part.
6. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. 2Checkout.com does not allow any transactions that do not occur on a Secure connection.
7. As a part of their service agreement selling partners agree not to engage in spam. Should you receive an unauthorized email with a 2Checkout.com payment link included please contact us immediately.
Privacy policy
2Checkout.com and its partner Ukraine translation pledge that the information you enter
will not be shared with any outside party without your expressed consent
( does not include fraud cases ) and that any emails you receive from 2Checkout.com and/or Ukraine translation
will be related to your order.
As a part of their service agreement selling partners agree not to engage in spam.
Should you receive an unauthorized email with a 2Checkout.com payment link included please contact us immediately.
The conditions and policies stated do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
At any time you can require your personal data to be deleted from Ukraine translation records,
by sending a simple written request which may be done via e-mail.
